Refund policy
If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact me directly at hello@shelbysjournal.com as soon as you receive it. Please include your order number and attach clear photos of the issue so I can resolve it as quickly as possible.
To help me raise a claim with the postal service, please report any transit damage within 14 days of the delivery date. Beyond this window, it becomes very difficult to verify transit issues, and I may be unable to replace or refund items damaged in shipment unless the issue is a clear print or production fault.
I package everything with care to help ensure it arrives in the best condition possible. However, accidents can happen during shipment, and if this is the case, I will always do what I can to make it right.
